I am normally pretty cheap when it comes to my collection. I can't justify spending 100's on one piece like many other collectors. I comb ebay once every couple of months and try and get myself something good.

I have been watching this one. It is 1/12 scale, LARGE and of a classic 911. Retail is $220-250, more than I can justify spending. But this guy auctioned 8 of them at once today and drove the prices down. I score it for UNDER $100. I am pretty happy about that. I have very few 1/12 scale cars in my collection as most are 200-800 bucks. I can buy full size cars at that price point lol. Will post better pics when it comes in the mail.

I also picked up this highway 61 Plymouth for a smoking $20+ shipping.

I was shocked to see wave 5 myself! I guess there is only 6 cars in this wave. They had put out 2 sets.

I've found that the Target by me (which is just about the only store I go to on a regular basis that even has a die cast section) is really bad about getting new stock. Back in my old hood, the Wal-mart (likey because the place was a madhouse) was constantly getting new stock.

I gotta find myself a new store that keeps up with the new waves. I haven't found a car in a few months.

I have 3 Targets in my area. Two of them each have a couple of Red 100's. The same two or three cars they've had since Christmas time... effin' ridiculous if you ask me... (not to mention the little signs that say don't ask for shiit)

There were 9 cars hanging when I got there. Someone already picked out the other drag bus, beetle and sliding pickup. I was lucky enough to complete the small series. I'll stop by later and see if the other 3 are still there.
