I've been scoring some good stuff lately. I'm guessing the other collectors aren't wanting to fight the crowds, or maybe the stores are just restocking at odd times. At any rate, today's lunch time haul:
No pics this time, but I scored a couple of kits yesterday.
Tamiya Porsche 993 GT2 Clubsport
Tamiya Aston Martin DBS
Paid $20 each for them. Amazing deal for the Aston, as it's normally around $80. Includes photoetched parts.

Just got this one from the fine folks over at Autoblog.
I've seen Automoblox stuff before, but never really looked at them. I know these things are supposed to be toys, but they're REALLY nice pieces.
Love that old Fujimi kit!
these 1:43 spark models are available now, however the place i pre-ordered them at doesn't have a date for them yet, but are thinking March sometime. seriously think Spark/Minimax has some awful customer service and distribution services, and i definitely don't want to pay eBay prices.
for Spark/Minimax customer service reference, i pre-ordered the #7 2010 Audi R15++ Le Mans car in January 2011, and i still haven't heard anything about it - other than they went on sale around spring 2011, and my distributor has no word from them either. Spark/Minimax's email responses are always short and vague too. hoping the #3 2011 Audi R18 Le Mans car doesn't turn out the same way...
but definitely plan on snagging both those Flying Lizard Cars.
welcome to the layer cake
The fEdEx guy was god to me yesterday!
Fujimi - Lexus LS600hL
Fujimi - Infiniti Q45
Fujimi - Mitsubishi FTO
Galaxie- 46 Chev Sedan Delivery
I like stuff that's a little different!
I've got to get building some of these! I've got about 50 kits to work on.
