i just febreeze em from time to time if they get some funk. i've heard putting them in a freezer kills off the smelly bacteria too

i had been febreezing them but i think that made it worse. instead of taking away the smell the febreeze smell just got gross. i need to shrink my H&Ms at the waist so ill probably just throw a little detergent in there when i soak them.
ill keep the freezer in mind for my STFs

what kind of febreeze do you use? the antimicrobial is the one you should use cuz it kills the bacteria that causes the odors... instead of just masking it. febreeze antimicrobial has always worked for mine.

Any scented febreeze. Then again, I don't ride in my jeans, so they don't smell like ****.
Good luck.

i dont think i had the antimicrobial stuff so that could have caused it.

if they're h&m, mine smelled so bad after a month of riding in them, and there was nothing i could do about it. after a wash they won't fit right and you'll need to starch them because the denim is so thin, that's what happened to mine, which hasnt happened with any of my other jeans.

buy a new pair, put the new tags on the old jeans after you soak them, and return them.
Shelby, febreeze and hang them outside, inside-out works well. if not, freeze em.

I've never had a pair of H&M raws but the same thing goes for APCs. After a wash/soak, they feel great. But give them 2hrs of wear and they're almost back to stretched-mode. Too thin, but I love the fit of APCs so why am I complaining?
I've only starched them three times but with about a week of wear without starching, the starch is pretty weak. I think the APCs are like 12-13oz. Are the H&Ms similar? I love me some 17oz, though. I've never had 19oz or 21oz'ers. Those things must be sick.

Doesn't matter what kind you get as long as you like them and feel good wearing them everyday.

i got a pair of dc raw selvage jeans on karmaloop for around $60 on sale. they were like these:
http://www.karmaloop.com/produ...e=DCS
except the straight leg instead of the 'loose'. they're nice. the only thing i wasn't super pumped about is the ones i got have a big dc logo stitched on the one back pocket. but it's not that bad. they're super comfy now and starting to wear pretty decently.

i'd go apc. you'll end up buying a few pairs of cheep ones or one pair of nice ones, might as well start off right.

If you want the indigos, just order from denimbar with the styleforum code.
I'm not sure if DB has them yet - might wanna call. You can get the indigos for like $112-115 shipped, versus $140+shipping.
