Rocco picture... Personally i hate left focal pictures because its unnatrual, but rear end shots are harder and all in all it looks good

    Brent:
I wish #1 was centered, FG blur kills it for me and a lower f stop may look good on that picture. Did you try with a slower shutter speed for the water? Filters?

#2 I just dont know what to look at, there is no stand out focal point, the concept of it is good but the wall and dirt and tracks? to many lines for me.

But hey, I cant say anything, i dont even add to my own thread. I need my car

I can crop it so it's centered. I wanted to get further away, but I only had my 70-300 lense with me so that was the best I could do, any further and I would have been blocked by trees. And as far as the filter, this weekend I'll have the polarizing filter, so that'll help. It wasn't sunny when I went out to take the shots, but all the clouds disappeard while I was driving there.

Hey, I know where these are from....

1 is from near the footbridge that connects Battleship Cove to Waterplace Park (at least I think that's what it's called).

2 is up the road from where the bridge you pictured in 1 is. Actually, I think that's right across the street from where the Fall River Police Officer fell to his death not too long ago during a Fall River Celebrates America festival.

Damn....now I want a steak sammich from Acedemeca!

"You've seen it, you've heard it, and you're still asking questions?!?"

"Yeah, when do we go for a ride!?!?"

Stunning! Tones are absolutely beautiful, sharpness is excellent, and composition is perfect. I LOVE this shot.

Ok, love the picture, but, I am trying to figure out what's doing on that uphill section in the background. Is that a turnaround? What?
