Are you talking about the sales manager, Rob? They're all great people there.
I would say that Fox is a mod-friendly dealer. What kind of mods are you talking about? If you're talking ECU and things that aren't traceable, go for it. If you're talking about exhaust and things that would void your warranty, I doubt very many places will look past the mods. Call Fox and ask for the service manager, Mike. See what he says.
So let me get this straight? Your engine is 1.8-liters, and my pop is 2?

Fox most likely, there's a friendly guy who works in the service department who just got an new Golf R and it's APR chipped![]()

haha yeah, i got my used gti from him and he was telling me about ecu upgrades.
no dealership i ok with catless downpipes as far as i've seen, but suburban troy put my h&r super sports on a week ago (they're a bit of a stealership, but its cheaper than auto europe...)

Because they're nincompoops. They lie, steal, cheat, etc. and that's not how I do business. I lost more sales to them than anyone. And, the customers I lost ended up paying MORE because of their slimy trickery, yet didn't feel 'right' telling them no. Ugh. LoL.
I don't know much about their service departments, however.

oops, thought you were talking about h&r ss...
they're the definition of a stealership, but i know some of the people there so sometimes i can get a friends and family which makes it tolerable i guess...
