    Supposedly, a hardtop convertible is in the works for the G37.

    This rendering looks quite nice IMO...

    I didn't really expect this, seeing the G35 coupe remained as a coupe and left the convertible to the 350Z.

    But a hardtop vert is most appropriate seeing the competition are all doing it.

    Sure, all convertibles look great with the top down, but how does it look with the top up? Like the 335i 'vert, looks good with the top down, but looks way awkward with the top up, at least I think so... Now the Mercedes-Benz SL Class and new SLK class, that's a different story and league all together.

    The text of the article says this information on a "fourth Skyline" is from the same source that confirmed the Skyline-based SUV (EX) at the New York show, so the information is supposedly solid.

    That said, Holiday Auto and Best Car have a terrible track record at predicting anything.

    Someone at the public display of the G37 in Costa Mesa, CA confirmed a convertible is in the works as well as direct injection.

    The G Coupe Convertible should be targeted to women I think...I see it as a competitor to the CLK.
