Try car-part.com for a tranny. That's where I got a used ABA tranny for my old 2.slow IIRC, cost was $275 shipped and it worked fine.

So, what's the final word on the when & where for this? I know the party's the finale, but where is everybody meeting up?

spent around 5 hours at the shop today and got the right rear lip finshed........still have to finish the other side.

Then do the front which will be easy, and then weld the rain gutters fix a couple other dents. Hopefully get that much done before the gtg.

Then after that i have to pull out the rear glass fix two rust spots and then sand the car down and paint it.

It's going to look good with pulled fenders with 6 1/2 wheels and no suspension

Total amount of twisties = 26.69miles or 140,923feet

Meeting point is going to be the large parking lot at the Lawrence Berkeley Labs on Centenial Dr. We will post more detailed directions of how to get there tomorrow evening. We can line up a ton of rados there and there is a great view of the city too

How many of you have video cameras? It would be awesome to film the drive if possible

If you aren't on the confirmed list for the July 7th GTG on the first page make sure to let me know....trying to get a head count for the party so I am sure to have enough to drink for you all

Here's the deal. I have an autotech rear strut tie bar and I want it gone. Problem is that it's still on my car and I got no tools. So I was thinking if anyone wants it, bring a wrench, gimme $5 or vinyl worth $5 and it's yours.

If I decide to take it off before the gtg, I'll still bring it with me and same deal as above.

It gets in the way sometimes and I wanna fold down the seats for a place for my dog to sleep and chill.
