I'd suggest you come down and come on the 02 run, then we go to the Footy, but you've been in a car with me on a winding road before. For safetys sake, I'm sure you would agree once was more than enough.

Bump for a nice and comfortable win. Another percentage booster for the team. Some injuries to some major players though![]()

What have they been feeding Harley, raw meat???
Some of his tackles yesterday were pretty mean.
I hope he gets the flu and can't play Friday.

Wasn't he injured also? There are a few other good tacklers in the team - Travis Varcoe (Number 5) and Gary Jr lays off some good ones too.I was saying to Wes in the text messages that I sent to him gloating about the win, that maybe Geelong are playing all of their cards too early in the season. I worry that with enough analysis of the matches, their game plan will be able to be read like a book for the finals...
Sorry just cant help but be cynical.

YES! Cynical! I have seen Grand Finals come and go with the Geelong side in great domination of the season, I just cant not be cynical! 10 in a row, shmen in a row! Trade it all for a victory on that last Saturday in September!

So, how about that Cadel Evans. I hear he's a Cats fan. Do you reckon he'll win the TDF this year?

Toddy will be feeling a bit more confident.
Maybe it's the Geelong thing. When you're down and out, just go for broke.
ED: And it's getting worse - 101 to 42.

**** LimaCats... while the show rolls on, it will be 2 seconds to go in the final with a two goal lead or more before I actually believe they will win a premiership
Then, if they do, I will paint this town white with horizontal blue stripes!!

The handbags were pretty impressive last night.![]()

I was impressed, the team did well... doggys are always the team to bring our winning streak to an end, so it was all smiles last night. Another good bank of percentage. The steam train rolls on!I just hope Geelong have some aces up their sleeve come the finals and the footy doesn't become too predictable to be shut down by the rivals. Yes, still very cynical!
I'm just looking forward to the loopys painting their house white with blue stripes!

This is the point though. While the Carlton list is far from perfect, in one day I've heard more positive things about the kids on our list from Ratten than Pagan gave in his whole Carlton career. Pagan would say the kids need development, or you can't expect the kids to play well. He would mostly talk them down, that's bad enough for the fans to hear, imagine how the young players felt! Ratten is saying, I want the fans to come along and watch the kids get an opportunity to play so they can come away from the game saying, "gee, how good is this Murphy kid going to be. How good is Kennedy going to be..." and so it goes.
Given where the development of Carlton's list is at, Ratten has already showed the fans he has a greater understanding of what is required compared to the "supercoach".
