    All I can say is, I hope Chris Judd sends each member of the AFL match review panel a basket of goodies to say thank you for the support. The fact that Judd was even eligible to win the Brownlow after splitting Matthew Pavlich's cheek open with a vicious elbow is an absolute joke. Steve Johnson does the same thing and cops a three week ban, while Judd walks away a free man - where is the consistency in that? At least Johnson nailed the right player!     Congratulations C. Judd but how does one receive 3 votes when your team gets flogged by 53pts by C'wood? And you elbow someone to the face and they are cut and stitched and the penalty is a slap on the wrist!
    Don't get me wrong the guy's a gun but this win surely raises questions of accuracy with umpires determining his BOG against C'wood and the leniency of the Tribunal....and no i'm not a disgruntled C'wood supporter but an optimistic Tiger's fan.
    Had to feel for Swan he looked guttered but in contrast to Eddie who was "livid" and barely able to hide his conceit and rising blood pressure he looked resigned to the fact it wasn't his night.
    I hope for Ed's sake it's not a tight game he might struggle!... I'd like to see his noggin if they're getting done!!

    I agree with other comments here re Pavlich incident.
    That Judd was still eligible because charges were from his a final in 2009? If he was out for 3 !!!! matches at the start of season should have been ineligible.

    The Collingwood ferals make me laugh, Judd's win is tainted because he was supposedly lucky to escape suspension in the Pavlich incident.

    Yet, Dane Swan and his mates who bashed a guy to the point of permanent brain damage is supposed to be held up as some sort of "fairest" role model.
