Holy Balls! They can this now?!?!?! I love that friggin beer. It was my perfect TX summer beer. I wasn't the biggest Weedwacker fan so I opted for Hans.

Please drink this out of a snifter or tulip next time or even a wine glass. You'll thank me later.

I have both, but they were dirty because we had just used them for Dogfish Head Bitches Brew.

I need to get another set of glasses though. They get broken too easily towards the end of the night.

Yep, they are starting to ramp up a bit. They also have this one, a hoppier version of Fireman they put out for their anniversary -- haven't tried it yet, but it's next on the list. Having a huge brand-new Spec's a mile from my house has definitely improved my quality of life, haha.

    (not my pic, either)

Sounds good. #4 was a solid summer beer, too.

That doesn't sound good... And why not just rinse the glasses quick? That being said, between tulips and snifters and chalices and specialty beer glasses, I have probably 30 glasses. Maybe too many, really.

All I have for beer glasses are your standard pint glasses and maybe one 22oz glass. Oh and of course DAS BOOT!!!! for drinking all of my really expensive fancy pants beers out of... next time I'll take a pic of DAS boot while drinking my Crown Ambassador Reserve out of it

i'm really neurotic about glassware, and i usually place them in the freezer for 20 minutes after thoroughly washing em.

I've done that to try to get rid of off flavors on occasion. I just rinse my glasses with nice hot water, though, never soap (except on very rare occasions).

All this talk about glasses, all I have is one remaining glass from Crate & Barrel wedding gift that hasn't broken. If it's not that it's either the bottle or some standard water glass. Even out wine glasses for our fancy pants wines are actualy from wineries... Silver Oak, Regusci, etc.

Found some more Green Flash at Safeway of all places. This new one by me is trying to go super up scale, bottles of Dominus, Cask 23, Insignia aren't even the most expensive.

Today was Le Freak. Pretty good but I prefer the Stone Cali-Belgique in terms of blending a CA IPA with a Belgian ale.

they're steppin' on my rhythm and they're stealin' all my lines

I had a 2010 Dark Lord and a pretty recently brewed Heady Topper this past weekend. These beers seem to have a massive following in the beer geek crowd. I'm guessing that's only because of their limited availability and not their quality. Both were good, but nothing to write home about.

I prefer most IPAs in San Diego to the Heady Topper and think that Alesmith Speedway Stout and 50/50 Eclipse are better stouts than the Dark Lord.
FS: Oettinger Type E 16 x 7.5, 5 x 100 with all 4 center caps. Perfect shape. Located in San Diego
