      tasted it at great lakes brewpub, across the street from their brewery. without a doubt, the freshest batch available.

      i'm going to have to find some of the GLB Honey Ale. sounds great. hopefully my local places carry it, but i doubt they do. for some reason, even being in NE Indiana, they tpyically only have a couple options for Great Lakes Brewery.
      you won't find it. honey ale is a brewpub exclusive. you can only get it at their brewpub in cleveland. i brought it home in my growler as well.

      Tonight had ->
      3F's Pride and Joy - great session beer, mild...good hops presence with a nice balance.
      Tyranena Dirty Old Man - Imperial porter aged in rye whisky barrels - good stuff
      Lake Louie Mosquito Beach - California common ....easy drinking, but not really my thing
      Lost Coast Indica IPA - solid IPA..nothing bad to say about it, would drink again

      All those Pilsners are GREAT for summer time!

      Last night had one of the new Stone IRS Belgo/Anise, sadly I had to drain pour this. My taste buds didn't enjoy the Anise in this that much, or it could have been the combination of Anise, Oak Chips and Belgian Yeast. I have two more bottles that I'm going to sit on for 3-5 years and see how it changes.

      So after the let down of the IRS, I had one of my Squatters Outer Darkness. This beer is way different than other Russian Imperial Stouts I have had, it was good just different. I have one more I'm going to age. Those people in Utah have some skills!

      +1 on the Prima Pils

      I am normally not too big on pilsner lagers but that is pretty damn good.

      If you happen to run across this one a very nice taste to it. Comes from DogFish Brewery out of Delaware. Very unique taste.

      i was in michigan today for the midwest premiere of Senna, so on the way home i stopped at a liquor store and checked out the beers. these are definitely not what i set out to buy, but they caught my attention and were the only ones left of in their six pack because of the mix-six deals. sometimes my curiosity gets the best me, and i make impulse beer purchases. i got home late and didn't feel like drinking flavored/weird beer, so i'll save them for later this weekend.

      Yeah, Victoria wasn't too bad. I would pick it over any other Mexican beer in a heartbeat.

      Silly rabbit, everyone knows pool water is for peeing in... not to be used as a beer additive...
