Can I get a show of hands of how many people used this thread as an excuse to clean your desk before taking the pictures?

My room is always that clean...I think I have too much time on my hands.

I don't know how some of you can put up with shallow desks with no room for anything but a keyboard and mouse. My bed used to be on top, but my Bentley resides there now. Clearly, I didn't use this post as an excuse to clean my desk, but when I do, all the crap on the left and on my scanner is gone. The shelfs on the left and right used to hold books and papers from school. The shelfs aren't meant to be level. I forget why I did that though. All the lumber to make it a few years back fit in my mkII Jetta , and used to be free standing without the desktop: I used a free standing desk back them. My subwoofer is my foot rest, and the surround speakers are just off to either side (just out of view). The computer is on a cinder block to get it away from the dusty carpet. I would have made another shelf for it but I was feeling lazy. I have a HUGE trash can because I'm sick of small cans that fill up too soon. I would always just dump my trash wherever because it was a hassle to keep emptying out a small trash can. Naturally, the status of the world is on the computer desktop.

Or how many of you want to post pics but are too lazy to clean your clutter?

I try and keep mine that clean all the time. Doesn't work out that way though as much as i'd like.

I wonder if this is Intel's hottest-selling chip? Everyone I know is getting these nowadays. They're obviously terrific bang for the buck, so it makes sense.

Yep! I'm thinking about taking the whole top section of it off completely actually, and getting a corner shelf to keep my games and blurays and some blank DVDs and such up there. the majority of that space up there used is all junk that I have no other space for, and it takes up too much deskspace, which I need for homework now that classes are back in session.

Not posting my setup for now - it's all over the dang internet and hasn't changed in long enough I'm tired of posting it But I like it anyway!

Put a "1" in front of that and you'll be closer I had tens and hundreds under the wallet (it looked cooler with all the 20's spread out though.) It was some petty cash I happened to have on hand for a trip to Vegas I took this year. I wish it was even close to the amount I lost in Vegas

I've got a set, they are amazing for the price. You can get them for anywhere from ~$20-30.

i bought a set of those for my father since he had no speakers on his computer for what must have been 3 years and just used the silly internal speaker. anyway, i was amazed at how good they are for the price. are they the best, nope, but do they suck...not at all! very good bang for the buck.
