Here is mine. I am holding the D50, so it can't be in the pic. The moniters are KRK Rokit6SE, there is my 8 gig iphone, Carrera Sunglasses.

What you can't see is the APC UPS under the desk, the HP Printer/Scanner/Copier, and all the software... plus the 3 iPods and what not...

Sorry for the crooked pic... But does it really matter????

If you check out my picture on the first page that is the desk I have exactly, but in black and the A legs. Works well and not too expensive.

my stupidly messy desk at my office
      [/QUOTE]

Those look like Cisco IAD or 2500/2600 boxes on top there... what on earth do you still use those for? term servers I hope =P. Just messin... those 6500 Catalysts are loud, I used to work at a LEC and we had a few in some comm racks. One of them with fans going would outpower two Juniper M40s with fans going full blast .

I see what I thought was an old SMC switch, but it appears to maybe be a rack mounted APC power distribution block.

I don't have pics of my setup at home, but I notice someone else in this thread has my desk

Is there any practical difference between the A and T legs? I'm buying one of these soon and am not sure which I should go for.

No difference that I can think of, I mean both are height adjustable. I think it just comes down t personal preference. I have the A legs which I happen to like a little better.

T leg's are a litte bit easier to adjust. But even then you set your height once, also cost $30 more per leg.

      It's all personal preference.

i have my laptop on the other side of the room hooked to the TV but i didn't bother taking a pic of that.

All I have to say is, "Headshot...headshot...headshot.................... ......headshot...". Its awsome having something like that for driving games.

No, only cisco box there is the 6509, there's an Alcatel/Aruba wireless controller in there, actually two of them now, a PDU, and the rest are a bunch of custom built *nix server boxes doing any misc tasks from DNS to spam firewalls to whatever else. I've still got some 3620's and 2621's at remote sites though. No 2500's though, that's a little too archaic for me

I tried playing CSS on a projector at ~98" and it was just too large. I was sitting about 5 feet from it, so I imagine you sitting within 18" of that thing would experience the same problems I had on the projector.

i don't play games or watch movies on my pc, that's what my TV and 360 are for right next to it. however i use my pc for listening to music while i work and recording guitar tracks so i have all the speakers on at all times in stereo x2 mode so there's no need for speakers to be behind me.

Meh, It's actually perfect, everything is in view and doesn't strain my eyes or anything. The only problems I experience thus far is randomly bursting out laughing (of joy)

I'd post pics of my Home setup, but I recently sold my case innards to my younger brother. In the process of building a gaming rig. For now, here is my work stuff: (oh, and that window leads to over 20,000 sq ft of servers.

Look for a lcd tv with DVI support and that should work for most computers that support DVI
