That's odd. Whaler gear is a consistent top performer, like top 5 best sellers, according to some of the companies that produce NHL gear so anywhere people are wearing hockey gear you're sure to find someone. Maybe it's just because I keep my eyes open for it, but I travel all over the USA and CAN for work and I can't go anywhere without seeing someone sporting the logo.

Being born and raised in CT, I saw them everywhere in New England...

down in NJ (near the Philadelphia area), I have yet to see them being sold anywhere...

I didn't mean it isn't out there. Just meant I don't see it much in the midwest but I used to love watching their games when I was a kid. Kinda a flash from the past for me I may even have an old jersey somewhere...Probably next to my Nordiques jersey

My workstation used to look as good as most of the pictures posted here, but ever since I had a kid (now turning 2), my workstation has some baby wipes, baby clothes, diapers, etc. lol.

Love the hanging PCs. Just need some cable looms of some sort to tidy up a bit. I think I would put my DVD drive on the bottom too, though it does not look possible with those cases.

I am thinking of removing my hutch from my custom desk. Its cramping my ability to run triple monitors and all thats on the hutch is junk. I could easily mount a shelf above to hold the stuff.

I refuse to use zip ties, because without fail a day after I get every nice and clean and organized something will break or go down and I will have to redo it all

Sears had black ones, I plan to swap it out soon. It is handy as **** but certainly looks its age....which is probably the 70's

Devnull - I see you got the air.

In my living room. The workstation (i7 2600k, 16GB, 120SSD, 10TB local storage) is to the side, I use the desk for my MBP (thanks Devnull).

Yup, tried to do a week at a conference with just the iPad -- my workflow just isn't there yet, still need a laptop, and theres no way I'm lugging around the 5 pound dell with < 2hrs of battery they issue me.

    Keeps people from wandering in
And other than the laptop, all those machines come in and out as soon as I'm done messing with them. But yeah. I only started there a month or so ago, and my first suggestion was work stations where one could work on several machines at the same time and still have orderly and unmessy places to work. It's coming.

That's a Toshiba NB550D. I use it mainly for Internet access, but it's my all-arounder pc. I hook it up to my flatscreen to watch movies or an hp display when I go back home on weekends (the pic is my desk at my secondary home, tl;dr: I live close to work during the week). Mainly, it gets me on the web wherever I go.

I send tracks out to friends that make music, but most of it is personal stuff.
Music isn't the only thing one can do with linux and a MIDI controller.

If by application you mean use, I concur. However it was more convenient to bring that along with me, rather than bring the tower I use back at my primary home.

You know if you want a more traditional machine with a little better screen and keyboard real estate I could trade you a dv6000 that's already been refurbed and upgraded under warranty. I could use a 4th TabletPC.
