Thats what I was thinking as well. Intake mani and TB are coming out today. N249, SAI, and EVAP delete are going to start today as well.

Omg...started taking all my ish outta my car when I got off work 4 hours ago. Got rid of the N249, the SAI (still waiting on block off plate though), having issues with the combi valve...one of the bolts was stripped, so we started dremeling it off. Still need to chisel the washer off to remove it completely. The intake manifold and fuel rail are completely off and washed.

Tomorrow, gonna finish removing the combi, pull the sai hose all the way off, and gonna start sand down the TB and intake manifold, get em prepped for paint. Plan on painting everything by tuesday, and reinstalling everything wednesday. 42DD oil pressure sender relocation kit, oil change, and spark plugs on Thursday...test and tune friday...race on saturday.

So... I am at work right now....7am-4pm. Brought my intake manifold with me. Lawl.... and emery cloth... some more lawl..

Gonna sit here all day and watch movies and prep this sh!t for paint.

Combi valve bolt is getting cut the rest of the way off today...TB will be cleaned and prepped maybe, depends on how bloody my hands are when im done with this intake....

Im doing it 100% by hand right now because my co-workers are watching a movie and i dont want to annoy them with my dremel....gr....what could I buy to sand with that would speed this process up???

Man you are really doin work son. I need to give my ride some much needed TLC but haven't had ANY time. Has anyone ever sent off an oil sample? Im thinking on the next change to send one out to Blackstone, maybe even the rear diff fluid too since Im hitting 60k and wanna change everything out...

why would you send off an oil sample? Change that ish every 3-4k, change your tranny and diff fluids every 50k spark plugs every 15k.

At least you can do something like that at work...I forgot to tell you we have a sand blaster at my shop so if we ever have any parts that need to get gunk off of I can get that done.

Aight. Well I just got done looking through more of the SAI removal DIY and I wont be able to finish it all until I get paid on Wednesday because I am going to need to buy more vac/fuel lines, brass reducers, T's, etc. I am literally going to remove it all though...Gotta get resistors to clear the codes though. Damn its going to be a long week....
