Thanks for the comments. I've gotta have a roof rack! I'm third year should be graduating this summer and then into grad school and MBA program after that. I'm just ready to be done, haha. I will definitely try to make it to the next meet.

i feel you. im doin the masters right now w/ the visualization certificate, which kicks ass. its not as demanding as i thought it would be though.

  16. 09-20-2007 12:33 AM #121
Yeah I heard all of the horror stories about no sleep and all of that. I have only had one studio so far that has required a lack of sleep to complete. The rest have been a lot less demanding. I think if you manage your time well most of the time you don't need to deprive yourself of sleep to get stuff done. We are headed to New Orleans next week for studio so I am looking forward to that.

wow nice. ya i think all of us grads dont even do all nighters anymore, like it isnt an option. guess we are all just worn down by now or maybe we manage our time better who knows. ya our studio is going to dallas to the state fare in Oct. we are studying the fairgrounds in lbk so i guess its related lol. oh well should be fun, i havnt been in forever.

  18. 09-20-2007 12:43 AM #123
hmm doesnt look like you are doing much studying chad...

  19. 09-20-2007 12:46 AM #124
Yeah I think there comes a point when it's just not even possible. I have a degree is drafting and design technology and have worked for an architecture firm for 3-1/2 years now and most of the time it's 8-5 not much if any overtime. I worked for an engineers firm before that for another 3-1/2 years and the overtime killed me. We worked till 3 am for close to a month straight including weekends a couple times. I do not want to do that again.

My major is Electronic Media and Communications. My pic is a little old. Car has been beat up a little since then. Only mods i have are a shorter Honda antenna, some GLI interior trim pieces, and eye lids. I'm getting noises coming from my front end, popping and clanking noises. I've been trying to figure out whats making it, but i dont know much about the mechanics. Anyway i'll be at the gtg on the 2nd.

by the way my name is Tyler. I'm from Sacramento area in California.

i think its coming from the suspension/control arms. cause its usually when turning/rough terrain. I just replaced my CV shaft about a month and a half ago. i would think if something else down there was messed up they would have caught it while replacing the shaft.

hmm by any chance did it start after they worked on your car? possible they didnt re-torque something to spec and its a bit loose. have you seen if its your wheel bearings? they sometimes make noise when turning.
