    Intense sitting?

    Fold or scrunch?

    Under or over?

COD4 on Veteran is too easy (finished it in 3-5 hours of gaming time).

Multiplayer is where its at noobs. Just one more round to get unlocks... must... resist....

How the hell did you finish the first Sniper mission? Where your waiting for the extraction and all the russians are coming after.

    Paul,

Bolt to the furthest bus through the bushes. Crouch pop about 5 dudes and a dog behind you then bolt again past the car.

  6. 12-15-2007 06:19 PM #111
Yeah I ended up crouching at the far end of the dodgem cars and beat it that way. Awesome game and multiplayer is even better then singleplayer.

    Just finished it, great ending

Bit the bullet and bought COD4 yesterday..

I played a few levels of SP, got up to the part just after the nuke goes off.. (everybodys played that haven't they.. spoilers? )

Anyway.. had a crack at multi, wasnt as BF2ish as I would have hoped.. more like a cross between bf2 and Return to Castle Wolfenstein..

that being said the pace is terrific.. and I was up to Seargent in no time at all.

    Playing as Luckystrike!
    look me up sometime

That goes for all games - TF2 and COD4 will be the main ones over summer

tf2 custom maps all the way

Sent my 360 off to get repaired for the 2nd time today in 2 months.

Bought it May 06. Went like a dream until April 07 where it started to scratch some disks making them unreadable(the scratch was about 1cm from the edge and only 4mm big). It ended up eating 5 games(replaced through a mate with contacts) until I got sick of it so bit the bullet and payed $130 for an out of warranty repair for a replacement drive Nov 07. I suspect that the heat sink etc would have been replaced too.

Christmas eve it decides to start freezing thought I had fixed it by clearing the cache and going through the support steps. Lasted till NYE and the freezing returns even in the dash with no HDD attached and no gamerprofile signed in.

Anyone else had problems with their 360?

They seriously are a POS. A mate just had his 4th red lights of death in 5 months.

Using the same one-syllable word to describe everything you don't like might not be an indicator of a varied vocabulary, but who cares? Words are gay.

    Oh yeah, and...

My brother in law has just been in town for a big cardiology conference. A recent meta-analysis of several huge studies about the benefit of excercise has shown that it does prolong your life. By about 75% of the time it takes to do the excercise. i.e. you excercise for 1 hour, you live for an extra 45 minutes. The truth...you want the truth...?

After plopping the injured NPC on a grassy knoll, just seed claymore mines close to the Ferris Wheel (far left area since its harder to hit them once they get beyond the entrance section of the flats) then start taking down as many as you can from range (the dog attack helps). Once they get in close, start lobbing grenades and hide behind a steel grid, as you try to take some of them down before the chopper arrives (thats how I did it anyway).
