Badass no question!!
I prefer naked bikes in general, but the aerodynamics of the 'busa, while effective, make them very unappealing to me. I'll take the hit on top speed for the looks of this beast.
Pretty cool, I got to admit the exhaust is too big. Looks like they brought back the older style rims for this one, instead of the straight tri-spokes at first the 500+ lbs looks heavy, but in reality it is not, especially for a 1300cc bike. I could see myself buying this, Ill have to look at it in person.
I give it a B+. Perhaps just a B, though this kind of bike doesn't appeal that much to me on a personal level...not to take anything away from the concept of a hyper-naked bike (a la K1200R or even a modern tech CB1300...)
The tailsection/exhaust and headlight are really the only things that take away from the overall package, IMHO. And I could deal with the tailsection if the headlight didn't suck--perhaps if it had some complementary styling to the exhaust.

Give it an oldschool GS1100 oversize single round headlight and I like it a ton more. They could have still put a flyscreen on it (maybe even quick release so you could take it on and off) to appease everyone who wants a windscreen.
Exhaust doesnt really do it for me either, but it doesnt kill the bike like the front fairing/light.
