Thank you gentlemen
I plan on switching the bars to either a nitto noodle or cinelli crit bars, getting a brooks swift ti with matching bar tape in honey. And those pedals are not what I regularly use, I have the dura ace 7400 pedals on it currently
my bike was just delivered today and i have a noob question...
the headset seems like theres a lot of play and was wondering how to tighten it up. the spacers have a bit of play and are able to spin.

Yup def needs to be cut. I also ditched the seat, pedals, stem, tires and bars.
