I don't usually read the 'autobiography'. I usually just take a quick look at the pics. This one I actually read the entire way through, and looked at the pics. I am inspired to get an aircooled as a second car, but for the rime being I have no where to keep it. Someday.

      Schweet air cooled!

...even though I struggle with the rear camber issue,
which does look a bit silly to these old eyes.

      Inseparable since 1986!

i drive a passat wagon and a square would look perfect next to it in the driveway, i wish i had space for one.

Space will be one of the requirements of my next place. A garage (big enough to actually work on a car) would also be nice.

I'd fill my garage, and driveway, before I fill my house.

it's awfully close, and with the "character" it's recieved, it's even more decieving in pics... either way,

You have just inspired me!! I thought about selling the '70 Sqaureback I have sitting around because its a rusting nightmare, but seeing your hoodride makes me want to keep it, slam it, drive it!! It would pain me to see the engine get pulled and the rest parted out.

just sayin it seems rather od to be claiming something like hoodride, because he ripped so many people off and disappeared.

just like yo yos, pokemon and parachute pants hoodride was a fad.

Maybe it was a fad but who ****ing cares? The main point is I roll my rides however I want to roll them! Thanks for the sweet comments though...the scene up here is pretty good size...I'm on the samba with the same name. What's are you getting man?

At first I thought it was a joke, but then I saw the pics...LOVE IT!!! Think a squareback might beat out a mk II or 80's 3 series as my next toy.

    35. 01-12-2008 11:50 PM #35
why did you think it was a joke?
