Need a little help..

car cranks over but no start up.. almost like no spark.
has all new coils
just stopped running last week.

scanned the car and got these
first code is

P0016
CAM/CRANKSHAFT POS. CORRELATION SENSOR A-BANK 1

P0342
CAMSHAFT POSITION SENSOR A BANK- 1 CIRCUIT LOW INPUT

P0347
CAMSHAFT POSITION SENSOR A- BANK 2 CIRCUIT LOW INPUT.

I checked both cam sensors on the side to see if a bolt was loose. but they are ok. Im shooting at the issue being the crank sensor on the front of the block.. this one...

I'm gonna have to say the engine is out of time. You are getting the correlation fault because the both cam sensors and crank sensor are not lining up. Looks like you will most likely need the intake and exhaust cam drums, the tensioner both timing chains, rear main seal, etc. BIG MONEY job, trans has to come out.

If you want, for reassurance put that crank position sensor in for the hell of it. Clear the faults and try to start it. If it starts got to basic settings in engine and go to block 94. use the gas and the brake and the basic setting test should run. It is for the timing/ cam adjusters. It will either pass or fail.

Another thing is you'll have to make sure its in time. Gotta pull the valve cover and put it in time. There is a plate for the cams, it locks them in place and keeps them in time.

Gonna need this, its the cam adjuster. The screens either blow out and get caught up in the cam drums or they get slusged up

No doubt, mine aint an R, but when I did the chains on my VR, I did EVERYTHING. I threw a clutch at it just because it was open.

Yep. It's the same timing set up as yours though, chain wise. A couple little extras but basically the same thing. The trans sucks to take out. That 6 speed is ****ing heavy! Plus the 4 wheel drive set up.

I'm hoping its just the sensor. it worked fine the day before no issues.

Try the sensor first and see if it fixes it. Usually when that RPM sensor/impulse sensor/engine speed sensor (all different names for that one sensor) start to fail the engine will start intermediatly, not start on hot starts and then just will shut the engine off when you are driving. If the enigne is running I can tell by the value blocks and look at the timing if it is actually off. Usually when it fails you get a G28 engine speed sensor fault. That first code says to check the cam sensors and the engine speed sensor. The timing could be off I'm just saying. Hard to diag a car over the computer.
