I like the idea, but ithing you need to blaze some new ground with this one...military has been done...a lot. I have some ideas for you ;-)

Luckily hes a likable kid 50% of the time they bust drivers balls hard, I remember going out to an accident on 495 with my buddy because they got multiple calls, trooper was REAMING a driver that was there before us for not having 4 points tied down on his ramp truck! The biggest pain in the ass is when dudes steal your calls (listen to the scanners on your frequency) especially "gypsy" trucks.
