A little slow at times, but very powerful and well acted. Daniel Day-Lewis certainly deserved the oscar for his performance.
Lost best picture to No Country for Old Men, and was also up again Michael Clayton (ruined The Firm for me).. two other great flicks.
The movie kept on delivering "punches to the face". Like you'd expect the guy to have sympathy, or you'd think he's saying/doing those mean things because he's a drunk or had a rough experience but then you just realize he's really just a selfish ******* lol which really made me like the movie because it was so different than what I'm used to.
No Country For Old Men is definitely one of my fav movies, it seriously crepped me out but also kept me on the edge of my seat.
