Hondas?

Yeah, go to the Volkswagen lounge and make this thread... This thread is totally useless in here as the majority of people in here care nothing for VWs and don't even own one.

I look up to a lot of the cars on this site and the innovative things you VW guys come up with. As far as I'm concerned the Honda scene is following in the VW footsteps as far as trends. Lately I've seen a lot of slammed cars with shaved engine bays and low offset wheels with stretched tires. Post some pictures of Hondas you've seen and liked and we'll see what you all come up with.

Here are some shots of my car if anyone cares.

The engine bay, hopefully the motor will be swapped out soon.

Suspension set up:
Omni Sleeve Coilovers and Skunk 2 short bodied struts.

I seriously don't understand why you guys have such a hard-on for hating Hondas. The people who say they would like Hondas except they don't want to be associated with the people who drive them are even more nuts. You know, most of the people who drive VW's around here are college girls who can't tell a Jetta from a Cavalier and MySpace kids with sideways hats and too-big pants, but I don't hate VWs because of that. Most of the people who drive BMWs around here are jerkoff 30-something businessmen and clueless trophy wives, but I don't feel the need to hate the brand because of it. Get over yourselves.

A lot of guys around here that drive Hondas are high school dropouts or in high school still, but that makes my car look even better haha. You are right about most VW's too, at least around here. Most of the VWs I see are bugs with old ladies you can tell used to be hippies and Jettas with high school or college chicks driving. BMW's usually are asians with rich parents around here, but there are a lot of trophy wives and rich d!cks too. I just got hooked on Hondas at like 12 years old and can't get away from them 10 years later.

I've got a lot of hours in my bay man, thanks.

I completely agree.

Not wanting to own a Honda because of their bad reputation in some areas or their stereotypical drivers is just stupid IMO. Like whiteslips said, it just makes your car look that much better

ha i just read that entire thread on the hondatech forum. its funny how so much of them hate us and yet so many have so much respect. i think its a mutual thing though, because i will respect any cleanly built car (examples above). i never realized how much respect is out there though, ill keep that in mind
