Love the wheels, love the duckbill, but those badgless grills always look so sloppy, not sharp like the stock ones. Looks good though.

anyone have any? lol
looking for any VR performance parts (BVH, timing kit, head studs, pistons, axles, coils)

Thanks for all the comments and suggestions.Overall im happy with how it drives, not a big autocross or road racing fan and thats part of why I did the VR, to drag race.
The badgeless grills are a bit slopping, some day i'll try to get it more flush.
I was actually thinking of painting the chrome strips on the trim, but not sure how it will turn out.
The emblems on my wheel caps fell off, I've found them on ebay $25 shipped.
Heres a pic someone took this last summer at pacific waterland.. Before the face lift.

Wow, I didn't know you did a turbo on your caddy VR! I need to check out your site more often. Thats good news about the BBS RM Centre Caps, I might buy a set of those instead of the OEM VW caps, because the emblems fall off.Anyone have any thoughts about painting these Avus wheels black?

Man, I really need to keep it on the track. Just got another speeding ticket, first one on the freeway.. all my others have been in town. I should invest in a radar detector.

Yeah, been turbo'd over a year now, its currently in my w/shop having a few updates

I couldnt fit the VW center caps on the back as the VR6 stub axles stuck through the rim to far
and I just happened to have a set of RM's hanging around at the time
![]()
I did think of painting the wheels metallic black when I first got them with a VR6 sticker down one of the spokes, and then a clear coat over the top

Do it, you know you want to

The New bumper+spoiler and quad grill is more of a Winter look.My duckbill lip was damaged, lucky it didn't break all the way off. I was driving to the store and all of a sudden what I thought was a white plastic bag flew across the road, no way to avoid it. I heard something hit the front of the rabbit, It had to be some sort of small white animal like a cat or rabbit. Whatever it was, It busted the middle part of my duckbill apart and even bent back an "L" bracket I made for support.
A few days later BFI has the sale on the front lips, I bought one of each. Im curious how the small lip will look.

Zender 3 piece wing
Scirocco wing?
78 only tail light filler
Kamei Hood scoop
