No entiendo el alboroto. El SmartRead se saco porque no funcionaba bien. Sin embargo tal como dije arriba, aun existe:

oh man! so we can't ship stuff like bulbs to you guys, right? i have some extra blue PIAA's (i'm going amber in the city lights...have had the bulbs sitting around for 3 yrs)

Finally took a somewhat decent picture of the GTI. Getting ready to lower it on some used H&R springs. I know the rims are not too original but they work well on a black Mk3. Next time I visit Peru I'd like to take a trip to Colca Canyon since most of my family is in Arequipa. Anyone gone there?

first off...the mk3 looks good

as for arequipa...my mom's side of the family i think had some family there but i've never been. i've heard it's beautiful though.

Thanks. Arequipa is very different from Lima although I've never explored Lima in depth. The amount of sunlight is amazing in Arequipa, you notice it as soon as you get off the plane, you have wear sunglasses in the shade. And the people are very different too apparently from the rest of the country, I remember walking through La Plaze de Armas when some event was going on for la Copa America in 2004 & the announcer welcomed everyone to "la republica independiente de Arequipa." One more of the GTI in pre-lowered mode:
