ive done it recently. bend the lower side tabs on the upper portion straight. drill a hole in your fender next to the door seal. for the top i just screwed the seats to the seat support from the trunk;but am finding a better way to install th top. i have some errands to run will post pics later

cut the metal behind the rear seat out and swap all the little pieces from the corrado and weld them in.

or snag the pieces out of a golf that has a split rear seat. the parts the the seats catches with on the top outside corners. drill out the spot welds and then weld them in. viola rear corado seat. i started doing that in myjetta never welded the pieces in and now they are in washington in a shed somewhere.

i just set the seats in there and buckled them in

but now the seats are gone and its jst the front two

here is where i bent the lower tab straight and drilled a hole through the inner fender( dont worry i used lock nuts and lock washers)

this is the extra room you get to fill with upholstry but its a good sacrafice for how low they sit

      the set installed

Since the Corrado backseat is not suitably take a Golf 2 backseat, cut her suitably and refer it with suitable material, or leather! Than it look like this:

      This are my seats

I must also build the parts!

i tried to install 2 corrado front seats in my jetta and the seatbelt was an issue. what did you guys do to get the chest seatbelt to work since its 2 different clasps?

take the lap belt from your old seats and there should be a mounting hole on the corrado seats. just put the lap belt there.
