Would anyone happen to have any old key fobs laying around to a car they don't have anymore? The shell of my fob got busted, I'd defiantly be interested

Just buy one off ebay man, it would be in good new condition and then swap your internals into it.

Understeer is when you hit the wall with the front of the car.
Oversteer is when you hit the wall with the rear of the car.
Horsepower is how fast you hit the wall.
Torque is how far you take the wall with you

Took Das Speedster out for a short drive today. Holy crap does it move. Second gear and half throttle will put the little VW sideways and leave two nice dark black bias ply marks. Cant wait to get it out on the open road. It will be at the Early Ford V8 show in East Peoria this Saturday at the East Peoria Convention Center.

if i were you I would address the severe rust/safety issue of the drivers control arm being rusted off of the body and then the floor pans, since they are held in by sheet metal screws and caulk. and then maybe the soft top having that split down the side. oh and of course dont forget the gas tank straps that are rusting loose or the valve above the right rear wheel that is hanging and will rub the tire when you hit bumps. thats all the way back from when i owned it after trading black leather interior for it.

he's referencing the white mk1 rabbit cabriolet. someguy bought it from joe dapper. it has been around the block. I found it in a barn, traded Brent the rabbit for cash and a set of black leather interior (in my mk4 still) and he traded with joedapper for some car that isn't cool enough for me to remember :p
