Sorry no at the park, but you could cruise out to get a cold one if you need at a number of local establishments.

There is a dog park, Frisbee golf, basketball, hiking trails i guess , and decent close parking i think.

I am not planning a cruise or photo-shoots, but you all can arrange it if you want.

Not mine but a friend from Peoria. he found it in Nebraska but it had been sitting in a field in Colorado springs. I just put all new brakes,lines,hoses,shoes,wheel cylinders,drums and new seals in the engine and got it running and stopping good along with a bunch of electrical work,lowered,new top and BRM wheels. It will be his daily driver so you should see it out and about quite a bit this summer.

I am interested, but I'll be straight forward the chrome bumpers do look pretty good from the top but there's some major rust on the bottom sides. Do you he a picture of the kit on the car? And I might be getting another set of bumpers this weekend on another cabby.

could the rust be ground off? she mainly wants the chromes to look decent, and get rid of the kit. if thats doable.

84 rabbit convertible. was told by previous owner it has scirocco 5sp and the 1.8l was rebuilt approx 30K miles ago. car has been my daily. silver w/black top. momo steering wheel. houndstooth gti interior. runs like a champ most of the time. drove home from chicago and took it all over. couple times lately it has cut out on me and had to let it sit before i started it back up, then it ran fine again. one fender super rusty, other fender less so. strut towers solid. needs exhaust. blower motor is noisy. typical list of cabby small issues. as is. 650 FIRM.
