They would be better if you stopped using HDR on everything.

I don't get much time to shoot so when I manage to get out there it is usually not enough light left. Plus I tend to keep working on one technique at a time untill I get good at it... At the moment its HDR.

With no formal training I pretty much make this s*** up as I go along from whatever info I manage to find.

Skip HDR and work on longer exposures with a tripod. The point of HDR is to take a scene with light that varies 6 or more stops, take a picture at each stop then combine them so everything has proper exposure and detail. When using the sliders adjust them to do that and when things start to look like a video game stop and back it up a little bit.

You can tell im OCD about clean windows. VS my friends Green E30. Plus smokers usually never clean windows. & yes its a cell phone picture. Dont hate

A shallower depth of field would do this wonders, there is a lot in the background that detracts from the picture, blurring that out a bit will help. Shoot with a larger aperture next time.
