Anyone have MKIV Jetta headlights that have NO hazing for sale? My mom's jetta's headlights are complete cataract white and she can't even see the road at night..

i wetsand and buffed mine and they came up like new and still look that way. i started with 500 and went up to 2500, then used a heavy dutty compound with a fine pad...

m3 has a headlight restoration kit with everything u need for 30$ at strauss TR/LW/brick pick one lol

Yeah I've done that before on other headlights, but she tried it already herself with no success =/ You can't see through and tell there is reflective material or anything past the fog lol. If I can't find any headlights maybe we'll try it again. Thanks guys.

I agree, I used the *3m* kit on my headlights, and it worked fantastically.


Also, I do have an extra pair of mkiv Jetta headlamps that are 95% clear probably 100% compared to yours. Only issue is the passenger side wiring harness got messed up, but nothing a quick solder using your current wiring couldnt fix.
