Tinted it (never had tint before), then washed it. Wishing the outer body was in better condition (paint wise, hood/roof/trunk lid are all faded bad). I just cant see myself spending the money to get it repainted.

Past month- coilovers and tint. She's on her was.

Rewrapped my headliner. Thin black denim. Came out pretty nice.

Watched a movie called "Perfect Sense" just because Eva Green was in it.

Boobs, and a really clean euro 4 door GTI throughout.

I'm still waiting to do that. It has been raining since we got back. Looks like the weekend isn't looking promising either.

Just a heads up that you need to cut/dremel everything out around that hole in the gauge panel for a gauge to fit. Trace with black sharpie and then remove panel and cut.

Tint looks good. I had a hell of a time tucking in the bottom on the front windows. I'm going to remove the rear windows to do them.

What the hell. I thought one of my 1 week old Rokkors broke. Turns out the rear control arm mount bolt fell out. Phew! Got a new one and going to take her for a drive like a G6.

sent from my garage while I wait for my loctite to set

Decided I wanted to fix the little bit of squeal in my front brakes at low-speed stops. Little bit of 100-grit sandpaper did the trick (left is untouched, right is sanded).

Also, I don't remember how thick the pads are to start with, but I have 7.495mm of pad left (not including backing plate) after 47,640 miles. I think that's pretty good. And those are just plain old Jurids.

So in the process of doing that, it involves taking the wheels off, and I figured since it has been 11,000 miles, I should rotate them, and while they're all off.. clean them, too.

Yeah, three of them are made in Canada, one is made in Britain. Weird how that works out.
We need a series like this state-side. I'm in if there is one, or will be one. VW Cup 2013, anyone?

Finally welded up my rocker exit exhaust I started monthes ago, and threw it on.

Rebuilt a late mk4 shifter box, and swapped it out with the worn out Mk4 one that was already in it.

Threw some more parts at the bench polisher.

Then forgot my camera when I left for home.

Oh nothing, just thought I was going to finish today and ended up cracking the plastic area of the radiator.

Great things to happen on Memorial Day Weekend, when parts are so easy to come by

I am the worst for providing pictures.

Still waiting on him to show up with it. But I'm in the process of finding a new shop space, so when I move (read clean up the mess) everything I'll have an accurate inventory of trans parts. But If you need it before then, I can source and build you one forsure. I can get full core trans all day no issue. Any idea what you are looking for gearing/final drive wise yet?

Looking for something a little longer than what I have now (the 16v o2a), first and second come way too quickly and I drop into third way too deep and come out of power. Basically looking for something very streetable that's not going to kill my slip times when I really start putting down power. Do what you think is best, no rush, will probably have the $$$ in about 1-2 months.

Yeah. Those are fun. Take the bumper off. 100x easier since you can put a 1/4" drive socket on the back, and hit the front with a cordless drill.

Fixed corroded reverse light connection and replaced the front rotors. Pads were almost new, but the PO must have either turned and/or warped the old rotors. They wouldn't pass safety inspection.

    - Control arms w/ R32/TT bushings
    - Center caps on the way
