    Played with the front camber a bit, Wired in a new Radio

    and the one that made me the happiest was i took the good bottom half of my badge less grill and mated it to the good top half of a stock grill.

    2 broken ones now = one good one.

    unfortunately yea its a 356 rep...built in hawaiian gardens,ca last year...the guy had too much $ to spend i guess...every option available...2165cc 150 hp vw motor, 82mm crank, 94mm pistons, 8:5:1 compression, 44mm webers, engle 125 cam, big valve heads, 3:88 transmission and a ton of other goodies..i dont think pop's knew what he was gettin himself into when he got it 3 days ago...now he knows whats up!...a bit of a beast i'd say

    replaced brand new thermo switch in radiator for a working one, fixed always on break lights, found strange noise is from the heat shield on top of exhaust is loose!!!

    I took a dremel to my shifter for a cheap way out of buying a short shifter (since im currently broke). It took 5 minutes and 4 grinding blades, but in the end it turned out sweet. then i continued on to debadging. Then fought with the stupid door moldings [IMG][/IMG]

    impacted the tie-rod nut that I knew was loose, fixed a grinding noise on my passenger side by tightening up a bolt holding the dust shield on.

    Gave it a name "Loosy"

    Drove it fast, played around with a GLI at about 90 on the freeway. Installed "Check Engine Light" sticker. Favorite mod yet! Pics to come.
