Well finally begining my build.Starting off with an almost completely stock 1990 G60.
Neuspeed Intake
TT Stainless 2.25 Borla exhaust
Black leather Swap
Euro wheel
Euro seat belts (not installed yet)
Patec Coilovers
Heres where this will be happening.
Well I already had a Stage 4 g60 which was really fun but I want to go a different route this time. So bye bye g60.
This is going to be replacing the PG.
Tore that apart.
Cleaned up the pistons.
Going to need these:

Cleaned up the outside of the block, oil pan, valve cover. Bought another K03s and oil filter flange.
Now I need valves and circle clips and i can put the motor together.
Someone buy my g60 motor. I need money for valves![]()

Update: Got my motor painted and then assembled it. Forgot to bring my camera with me so no pics as of now. Just need to get a few more parts to put the motor in.![]()

The building just passes final inspection about a month ago so the outside stairs haven't been built yet.

Update: Turbo is on and motor is almost fully together.
I think I'm going to paint the non polished parts of the intake manifold black.
Ordered a few more parts. Hopefully they will be delivered before next weekend.

20V people sometimes upgrade to the taller 1.9 TDI block so i don't see whay it wouldn't be possible.

Update: Finally done with school for the summer. Got all the part so I can bolt the motor inNew rear motor and trans mounts, and vr6 clutch:

Now I need to clean up the trans so I can bolt it up to the motor.
