    Well finally begining my build.

Starting off with an almost completely stock 1990 G60.
    Neuspeed Intake
    TT Stainless 2.25 Borla exhaust
    Black leather Swap
    Euro wheel
Euro seat belts (not installed yet)
    Patec Coilovers

Heres where this will be happening.

Well I already had a Stage 4 g60 which was really fun but I want to go a different route this time. So bye bye g60.

This is going to be replacing the PG.

    Tore that apart.

    Cleaned up the pistons.

    Going to need these:

My dad had the shop built for this:

The lift should help with this:

Should be fun in the end

Of all tyrannies, a tyranny sincerely exercised for the good of its victims may be the most oppressive. It would be better to live under robber barons than under omnipotent moral busybodies. The robber baron's cruelty may sometimes sleep, his cupidity may at some point be satiated; but those who torment us for our own good will torment us without end for they do so with the approval of their own conscience.

Use the Mk4 TDI oil filter housing. It makes oil changes so enjoyable.

Yeah when my dad got the building built, our township wouldn't allow trusses so we had to build a 2nd floor. The building just passes final inspection about a month ago so the outside stairs haven't been built yet.

Update: Turbo is on and motor is almost fully together.

I think I'm going to paint the non polished parts of the intake manifold black.

Ordered a few more parts. Hopefully they will be delivered before next weekend.

If you ever get the chance to put a different one in I highly recomend it:

would that really work on a 1.8T, i mean spacewise, there isnt really much room there?

20V people sometimes upgrade to the taller 1.9 TDI block so i don't see whay it wouldn't be possible.

Looking good so far! AWD eh?

A lift is sure a nice thing to have (and help). I had to make due with neither so you have two up on me. Good luck.
