    O rly?

Is it time for internet justice yet? Do I smell internet justice?

I had a towing company damage my mkiv after towing it from being illegally parked.

I told the owner after he admitted fault and said to take him to court, that I would. I'd enjoy it, and would gladly spend thousands to extract hundreds from him.

If I were not married with a child, and have another on the way right now my reaction would have been physical.

Time to pwn shady dishonest people. I should start a thread here. This all happened last night.

This really pi$$es me off, just makes it so difficult for anyone to do any long distance transactions. It only takes on guy to feck things up and everybody ends up with no trust, when there are so many honest people out there.

If you guys have any contact details for him over here, PM them to me and I will see what I can do.

    Regards,

    Will

This guy contacted me and told me he was on vacation, advised refund would be provided - then no contact - complete swindle. Been into dubs for over 10 years, purchased $$$$$ of parts from all over the globe and this is the 1st time I've been burned - this included Japan, NZ, Australia, Germany, US, UK etc - very let down by an apparent enthusiast too, not just another ebay clown. Anyone heard anything?

I would say go kick the stuffing out of him, but the british nanny state has so many cameras all over you could probably be traced back pretty easily.

It seems only chavs can get away with that crap over there.

all i have is the info that is in this thread. i have already written off the $ but it irritates me that he'll get away from me because the amount of money isn't worth my time to pursue this legally.

not sure exactly how much this dirtbag took from you guys, but would it be possible that its enough for you to all pursue legal action as a group? i know syncro parts arent cheap and with a few of you guys might add up to be enough to have someone knock on his door and hand him a supeona. just imagine that look

Problem is, this guys lives in the UK. We don't have a one world gov't yet (socialism for all commerads), so the guys he's ripped off in the UK might be able to do something about him, but the American/anyone else is probably just screwed over. Unless, someone makes a trip to the UK, and finds the guy to get the money back. Euro parts, gold fillings, kidneys, whatever to pay back what he owes...

I bought from him, he said he would send me a haldex rear beam conversion and 02m mount for roughly $475 shipped. He tried to convince me to send the money as a gift. He said that he knew Isaam and that this should be good enough for me to trust him. Luckily I knew better and did not sent it as a gift. He received the money and told me it was on its way. He told me he shipped it and asked me whether I had received it yet about 20 days later. I hadn't. I gave him the benefit of the doubt for 30 days considering it was coming from Europe. He never shipped it, I doubt he ever even had it. Luckily I started my paypal claim right away and did receive a refund.

There is a member on here who posted his contact info including exact address I believe.

From what I gathered from the internet(may or may not be correct)

    Paul Surgison
    Edgware, Middlesex UK

I know Isaam has his phone number.
