What is this world coming to if you can't even trust Paypal to support you when you get bent?

How the crap did Paypal mess up? Your address was confirmed right? Man, if that's the case, I'm going to think twise about using Paypal ever again, at least to send money.

I'm an honest seller and I know how it feels to get ripped off (I've been bent over many times just trying to help people out), but that would be insult to injury! Not cool. Somebody should make a trip to merry old England to get everybody's money back!

If the seller has no money in their account you get nothing back. If the seller changes or removes their bank details there's nothing Paypal care to do about it. They certainly won't refund you from their own pocket.

Paypal buyer protection means precisely squat

I wish I could do something to help. It sucks that a Brit has ripped you guys off

Can I paypal you a few dollars for help? Maybe to purchase a blunt object once you are over the pond?

This warms my old bitter hateful heart.

Surprise corradosyncro, from America with love!

    Well,
I have good news and good news for me

    1. I got my bracket from dutchbuild

    2. I got my money back from paypal from the corradosyncro transcation. Here's how I did it:
I don't keep money in my paypal account. Paypal just withdraws the money from my bank account when I send money. So I called my banks fraud department and told them I wanted to file a fraud claim on the paypal transaction from my account. They coughed up the money the day after my bank went after them I hope the rest of you get your money.

    regards,
    nate

    Yup,
These days this is what I do:
    1. Purchase with credit card - if you dont recieve your product VISA/master Card will give you back your money and they go after the guy who charged your card for proof.

    2. Send e-cheques from your paypal account.NEVER KEEP MONEY IN YOUR PAYPAL.I empty my PP account at least twice a week...that way any purchases I have to do through paypal it only costs me $5 AND my bank gives me the protection I need similar to what you see above.

Paypal the company = the ****ing pits. Its been 2 years since my first winning claim with paypal and they have yet to recover my funds ....call them up and they are "still working on it".

As for this dude he really seems to have dropped off the face of the earth.Eurotrip?

This is why buying things from fellow north americans is best whenever possible, even it costs a little more up front. The piece of mind is well worth it.

If you know his name and address why not contact the local police and ask them what to do.
