scumbag
I was taken by a guy in San Diego. He was selling 50mm manifold and sold the same thing 4 times, none of us got the stuff obviously. I got the local internet scam people to look him up and the last time he got called he just hung up. Dirtbag. I hope you guys get your money back!!
Alex Padilla who used an alias Alex Rodriguez. Same deal, he even had an extra vortex account stating that Alex Rodriguez is a good guy, and not to worry.
This guy had mention something about his gf in the UK and had probably gone there. I hope it's not him running a similar scam again.
Here's the dirtbags own video. He's into 3D stuff, and some sort of weird art.

Either way family problems or not, its ashame, but making out with close to $1000 and receiving parts.... I think you could atleast return some IM's or E-mails. all bullsh*t we got f*cked unless these parts show up or he actually gives proof of shipment.

A friend of mine flew out and stood over the guy from VL enterprises while he put his option 6 020 gearbox together after sitting on his money and hardware for well over a year.

Lame. It's really too bad there are d-bags out there who do this stuff to people.
Hope you guys either get your parts or find this guy and get your "refund" out of him.

Judge Judy has her own extradition treaty with the U.K. Once convicted they are deported to either Detroit or Baltimore as punishment.

It's not hard to set an e-mail autoreply. It takes 5 minutes.
Having family problems, etc. Will be back soon, 2-3 weeks.
I understand things happen and life is short/fragile, but again.......... Probably an excuse to draw it out over time hoping people chalk it up to being a few hundred dollar mistake and a lesson.

How the crap did Paypal mess up? Your address was confirmed right? Man, if that's the case, I'm going to think twise about using Paypal ever again, at least to send money.
I'm an honest seller and I know how it feels to get ripped off (I've been bent over many times just trying to help people out), but that would be insult to injury! Not cool. Somebody should make a trip to merry old England to get everybody's money back!

If the seller has no money in their account you get nothing back. If the seller changes or removes their bank details there's nothing Paypal care to do about it. They certainly won't refund you from their own pocket.
Paypal buyer protection means precisely squat
I wish I could do something to help. It sucks that a Brit has ripped you guys off

Well,
I have good news and good news for me
1. I got my bracket from dutchbuild
2. I got my money back from paypal from the corradosyncro transcation. Here's how I did it:
I don't keep money in my paypal account. Paypal just withdraws the money from my bank account when I send money. So I called my banks fraud department and told them I wanted to file a fraud claim on the paypal transaction from my account. They coughed up the money the day after my bank went after them I hope the rest of you get your money.
regards,
nate

Yup,
These days this is what I do:
1. Purchase with credit card - if you dont recieve your product VISA/master Card will give you back your money and they go after the guy who charged your card for proof.
2. Send e-cheques from your paypal account.NEVER KEEP MONEY IN YOUR PAYPAL.I empty my PP account at least twice a week...that way any purchases I have to do through paypal it only costs me $5 AND my bank gives me the protection I need similar to what you see above.
Paypal the company = the ****ing pits. Its been 2 years since my first winning claim with paypal and they have yet to recover my funds ....call them up and they are "still working on it".
As for this dude he really seems to have dropped off the face of the earth.Eurotrip?
