-saw a black big bumpered/windowed mark2 GTi this morning before the sears distribution exit...had mild drop with polished dished rims (looked like 16's) and G60 arches...looked but driver didn't look towards me

-saw a white '90-'92 GTi early afternoon on the freeway by the merge by Schafter with mild drop, what looked like 16" dished rims, and was pounding sounds. I looked and he flashed a quick shaka

-saw the red '86-'87 GTi with what looks like the ATS tornadoes or mille miglia rims parked on alawai.

Mark II's out in full force today!!

If it was around 9:30am Ewa bound, it coulda been me. Except I roll on 14"s.

very possible...you were going pretty fast, and I was early to work so wasn't driving fast. Are they shiny 14s? I guess from 2 lanes over my size perception goes haywire

w00t! 1st R32 sighting.. around 11pm in town.. i was sleeping in the passenger seat and my friend woke up me up saying "what's a gti doing with a skyline(r32) badge on it" i woke up and was like.. "ohhhh snap a r32" oh it's a red one too!

Today I saw a yellow 1970-1971 Super Beetle, a green MKIII Jetta VR6, a red MKIII Jetta Trek with drop, rims, and DTM exhaust, and a silver MKIV Jetta with smoked h/l's(possibly joey-mod), drop, rims, DTM exhaust and ...........................(our all time favorite)...........ALTEEZA's

saw three diff. dubs leaving ewa beach....first a black mkiv gti or golf w/ a large stickie on the backside window

...next saw peter w/ the red mkiii cabby gave'um the shaka but he did nt give one back

and lastly, a red mkiv gti near mickey D's

saw the black mk3 GTi with dual rounds and rear spoiler on Kalanianaole, once going eastbound, once going westbound, both times by Waialae Iki playground, when I was on the opposite side.

This morning I saw a white A2 GTi with quad h/l convervion, dropped, rims, exhaust, and body kit, a white MKIII Jetta slammed on 17's, a red MKIII Jetta dropped on chromies w/ an aftermarket grille, and a lagoon blue MKIV Jetta with drop and ALTEEZA's

saw a green mk4 Golf turn onto sand island access...could only see the green tails

at home depot in town there was a green golf (can't seem to remember the mk...3 or 4?)with weird swirly chrome rims, and a LOUD ass exhaust

On ward, saw a Lotus Elise....so rare it's like seeing a Ferrari

Saw a cosmic green GTi VR6 trying to race me on the way home from Safeway. When I would not play, he got angry and speeding up and stepping on his brakes till I caught up, then he would keep pace for a while then sped up, etc.

What a jerk!
