richard, dom,big ben, and myself sre going to do the sagball. Still don't know whats going on with show parking though.Would like to see everyone together no matter which route everyone chose as far as getting there. I know most of us are all staying at english towers.So it wopuld only make sense that we park together, since we have to roll from the same place. gotta reg. by the 15th, so if anybody knows whats up let me,and everybody else know....word

im have car problems as well. my clutch is either gone or my diff. is torn to shreds.

downshifted to turn into my house and i heard a popin sound. no that car will not going anywhere. i jacked it up both wheels spin but mast a nasty sound. i put the car in first and released the clutch and the tires spin, shifted to second tires still spinin. then went to 5th and nothing happend tires werent spinin or anything. idn whats gonig on. onyone have ideas?

if my car is fixed i will be doing sagball for sure. am i am camping that weekend. as far as parking i was gonig to show but i dont know anymore

i dunno but theres this really nice silver GTI at the naval weapons station alot now, and i think it has joey modded headlights. its in nice condition for sure, i like it.

x2. I was thinking of something like the shift linkage.
That's control up gears or down gears. .
Could have popped and got 'stuck' in a gear. Trust me, Did that driving a B4 passat.
Anyhow, it could have broken into a gearing position and now it just won't disengage from the gear.

However, if you're able to go gear to gear. That wouldn't be the case. Give us more breakdown of what is actually occuring.

try some of the local junk yards. remember that mk3 trannys will fit also, you just won't be able take off as fast as your stock tranny. the only trannies i have left is one that has been in underwater during the last hurricane, one that i have started to take apart to drill out the diff rivets and replace with hardend bolts, and the cable shift for my car. sorry, i'll keep my eye out. with all this rain we can go to pick & pull and get first dibs on everything.
