Volvo one is about the smallest you will get unless you get one off Ebay and hope they dont pop. It fits upright between the upper radiator support and lower.
Measures 4 X 11 without brackets for mounting on the end. With the mounts its 13 inches long.

This one still has the shrouds from the volvo mounted on it.

    Fittings.

    Mounted.

    THru the grill.

this is how I want to do my piping for my IC. Also I'm doing a 12" slim electric fan. I want to put that in between the IC and the rad. I'm sure my hopes are high, and there is no way this will all fit, but I have my hopes up.

Also anyone want a intercooler, I wont need this one.. make me an offer. stock srt4 I think

That radiator is shifted in that car. If you are going to go thru that trouble you might as well make an all aluminum race radiator fit.

Saab has a in an out on one side inter-cooler about the same size as that one you have there. There is one on the shelf in my carport. (Ill get pics when the sun comes up)

The BMW oil cooler that i have would stack over or under something like that nice, but one is going to not be as efficient due to the front bumper and how the air moves in the MK1.

I installed a Civic radiator in my MK1 and the bottom 2 inches of it are not really doing anything because of the way the front of a MK1 is. But i can tell you that even being 1/2 the size width and having the bottom portion covered it still cools just fine. But you are going to have to rebuild the lower radiator support to get it in there.

And those slim fans you need to make some sort of mount for them. The thru the raditor zip tie mounts suck.

This^^ I cut through the radiator in my truck with the stupid mounts that came with the fan. I fabbed up some L brackets and drilled some holes for mounts. It looked good when I was done and no more cutting radiators with it.

ALso have this one for a MK2. I moved the bleed tube ports to the driver side (like the should be) and since i was running a MK3 2.0 i didnt want to run a Y configuration i added a port. But a tig welder can correct that.

I have a liquidation of all VW parts since i got into Gopeds.
Cheaper, take up less space, hold less fuel, will kill you just as fast (if not faster) and still a blast to ride.

The rabbit is staying for a while so the parts that might have a chance going on it are staying, but other than that, any reasonable offer is considered on all the MK2/MK3/Turbo/Corrado stuff that is here.

When the wife's new bug gets here its going in the garage, so all the other crap has to be gone.
Should be here April/May time frame.

Mine did too for the first few miles, but they eventually work their way loose and the fan starts to walk all over the place.

did you say gopeds? lol havent ridden on of them since I was 13.

I have the oil cooler figured out... I'll just pick up a hood scoop from paul, the cool Kami one. Then top mount the oil cooler on top of the motor, and actually have a functional hood scoop!

I'm thinking about matching the vertical volvo one with a intercooler that is short enough to give the oil cooler space to brethe. Then mount the radiator behind those, I might have to settle with the fan on the inside of the radiator, but then I can utilize the shroud for mounting it.

Am I planning to far ahead? haha. I still have to get the truck welded up let alone painted and oh yea running. The motor isn't even assembled yet. But I have high hopes to have everything done by h20i. Including a Giles pump.

Been thinking about just saying F the jet ski and go big! But I've wanted a ski for as long as I can remember

    Yes, Goped.

    42cc before i sold it.

Start of a carbon fiber deck.

Machined my own intake adapter plate.

Mountain bike disk brakes And rear frame welded.

54cc pocket bike motor adapted to goped.

71cc auger motor adapted to goped.

About ready to send two more frames out for powder coating. I just got one back and the 71 is mounted, but i need a longer cable for the throttle.

    So I shall..

why are you butthurt? Apparently you think I am joking your mo-peds? I dont know, but seems like your getting all hostile because I was telling you about my kart, and not in anyway except maybe joking, bragging about my kart or how big my slong is.

Trust me I wouldn't brag that my kart is better than anything, it's no where near a race kart but still tons of fun!

Hahaha everyone in here is butt hurrt from yesterday and damn the fitment on this thing

I dont understand you. You flipped face because your butthurt V&R kicked you out, at least what I heard, and for good reason because you did bash them and Gene when you were talking to me a while back.. I just nodded my head and didn't want to get into it. Cince then I've learned your very two faced and I've heard you say stuff behind numerous peoples back as well as mine. I may have told you how I felt about Gene's shop, but I had already been talking to him and let him know how I felt about it long ago. Funny your the one to proove me right. I guess I was the only one to see the picture, or maybe I put on a two faced front of my own to be able to hear everything. At least have the decency to be like Matt and just be a dick, and stop acting like your everyone's friend.

The only one that is always "buthurt" on this forum is you. You are actually one big joke and thats not just my personal opinion. Personally i could give a rats ass what you are trying to convey on this forum.
Good luck with yet another car that someone else built that you claim your own.
