ran 21.5 today and you guys were right about my pace. cut it down to a 9:40 and pulled though it, although painful, i still felt better than the 17 i ran last time, and my final pace ended up being faster. last time i CRASHED at 15 and it was brutal pushing the last couple, i breezed through 17 and didn't start to really feel it till around 19. felt good. was the first LONG run where i finally thought to myself i might actual finish this marathon! thats a good thing too because this is my last long run, taper down time.
