I'm in a similar boat. Went from an xs650 to a cb360 and as of Saturday my little 250r.

Nice! We used those TU250s in the VREP (MSF) course and I gave some serious thought to buying my own.

I went from an 01 R6 Chmpionship Edition as my first bike that was way out of my league, to a Ninja 250R I picked up last winter. A much better fit for me this time around.

I'm pretty excited about it. It's not a show stopper by any means but it's a strong runner. It has enough power to get me in trouble but is still on the sane side of things.
