Wed: Buffalo Chicken Salad Sandwich - A spicy blend of Franks Red Hot, mayo, red onion and diced chicken served on choice of bread with chips.
Thurs: Stuffed Shells - Cheese filled shells topped with marinara and mozzarella cheese and baked in the oven. Served with garlic bread and vegetable du jour.
Fri: Turkey Burgers - Ground turkey breast patty served on a bulky roll with lettuce, tomato, honey mustard and cheddar cheese. Except for this one I'll get ranch/franks instead of honey mustard.
homemade tuna salad (w/mayo, S&P, bit of onion, bito fo celery) and sliced homegrown tomatoes on whole wheat and a Hofbräu München Münchner Weisse (day off)...mmm...

I made some garlic marinated chicken last night. So the leftovers I sliced up and tossed on a bed of greens with some feta, green olives, and crispy noodles. It was yummy... oh and ranch dressing.
Tomorrow I having another salad with goat cheese, sliced almonds, sliced apples, and raspberry vinagrette.
Forever you will be missed.
