Today (Sunday): 2 Jalepeno Brats from a local butcher with mustard and kraut... Fantastic and much hotter than I expected them to be. Also, some of the best potato salad ever (a combo of minced white onion, Light Miracle Whip, Grey Poupon, pickle relish). It's so good I will eat the leftover potato salad every meal until it's gone.

I will say if you have a local butcher that's been around for years, go there. I found out about this place recently and I don't buy meat at the local grocery store anymore.

    You? Congrats!!!

Leftovers from last nights BBQ of cross-cut pork ribs with homemade sauce, homemade coleslaw (mostly organic), anonymous potato salad, mostly orhanic spinach salad, and baked beans. And a Sol beer. And organic strawberries. And it was good.

Boiled some whole wheat rotini, sauteed some orange and yellow peppers and some onions in olive oil until nice and browned, strained the pasta, threw it in with the peppers along with a dash of hot sauce and butter, and voila! Quick, easy, energizing, nutritious.

The chef at my work is either

    A) Slowly becoming obsessed with scallioins and tomatoes
    B) Trying to kill us, via tomato death/bleeding from the eyes

Cajun Chicken Alfredo - Cajun Seared chicken breast served over pasta with tomatoes scallions and spicy alfredo sauce, served with choice of side.

    It was ****ing tasty

During the day: A banana, an apple, a broccoli crown, a peach, and a cucumber.

Dinner was 1/2 pound of broiled sole & a salad.

    Diets suck.

Today: Add to that a 2nd peach and a sliced red bell pepper.

    Swap cod for sole.

    Diets still suck

Tell me about it. Chicken, tuna, pasta, veggies, occasional fruit, whole grain bread, black coffee, water. Cutting 30 lbs since Christmas is quite nice though.
