I hate to go over to her house to help her move her old television and hook up her new LCD television. She thanks me by making a large batch of whatever she wants for dinner that night and we have dinner and then sends me home with the rest. I enjoy the system.

I threw together together some kidney beans with Sriracha, garlic, and soy sauce... put it over some rice. Turned out pretty good.

I had an interesting lunch today. I had a breakfast burrito with scrambled eggs, ham, chicken, bell peppers, sour cream, and salsa. When I was telling my room mate about how I eat for free he asked what I had and when I told him he said that a breakfast burrito with ham and chicken sounds terrible. Nuts to him because it was pretty tasty.

Leftover grilled pizza from last night. Homemade dough coated in locally produced olive oil, then topped with fresh mozzarella, grilled chicken, roasted garlic and butternut squash, fresh spinach, and sun-dried tomatoes. (One of many creations made by the folks at the BBQ last night.)

hredded crock pot chicken with cilantro, garlic, jalapenos and, a jar of salsa.

I also added some cilantro lime shrimp that I sauteed up because the chicken had a bit too much liquid because I should have used 2lbs instead of one.

Also I made guacamole and roasted corn salsa.
