The Exige does include an inside trunk release latch, however, as mandated by Federal law.

If someone wants to donate their Exige, I'm betting I could fit in the trunk.

Here's what I want to know; Just how many people on an annual basis were getting locked in trunks to warrant a law mandating trunk escape handles? And what about the pedestrian impact laws in Europe? Just how many people were getting hit by cars that they needed a law requiring cars be designed to protect pedestrians when they get hit? That's just taking care of the result not the cause. Seems like better driver/pedestrian education is what's needed. Do European pedestrians make a habit of walking into oncoming traffic without looking?

I've driven in Europe a number of times, and I believe it's more the drivers smashing into pedestrians crossing when they're supposed to that might be the bigger issue.

That color really suits that car. This is the first orange car that I like.

I love this car, but I can't get that image of the piece of wood that went straight through the bottom of one. Ever since then, I think of the Elise as the most fragile car in existence- even if it isn't.

This makes more sense.

Average Slav considers any activity that doesn't include the high probability of mortal injury to be giant waste of time.
