I'm sure he could pass the good citizen test with flying colors. That will definitely be something I'll do.
I got him from a lady who had an "accident litter". I had been trying to adopt from shelters but their policies are ridiculously strict. I met both the parents who looked like they were pure, but who knows. For all I know the mom could have had something else in her, since they had found her originally in an abandoned shed with bite marks on her body. The dad was bought from a show breeder.
Now if I were to get approval for a rental, and they were to look at him, would they also want to check vet records to see what breed he is? I'm getting him neutered and licensed before I move, would that be enough "proof"?

We just smiled and nodded and thanked him for his time and our insurance rates stayed the same!
