Always on the lookout (yes, that's a fog machine lol)
Always trying to steal the best spot:
It never fails. She always hops up on the bed by the pillows and EVERY night, I have to get her to go down to the foot of the bed. The best part is that she tries to act like she doesn't see you lol.

Mine. He is a pit/lab mix. We rescued him as a puppy from a fighting ring. they were going to use him as a bait dog.
As a puppy in intensive care. He had bad infections when they chopped his ears, then he got Parvo.
First night home:
All grown up:
He was the ringbearer at our wedding.
Now, this was a couple months after the whole Michael Vick thing blew up, and she was working on a series about dogfighting in our area. One night she gets a call from one of her sources in SWAT that they were going to bust up this fighting outfit and she went along.
That night she walked in the front door and pretty much collapsed in tears. Didn't want to talk about it but she had seen some pretty gruesome stuff and was fairly traumatized by the whole thing. I asked her what I could do to help and she told me there was this puppy that was really sweet and had his ears chopped off, and she was afraid that animal control was going to put him down.
the next morning, we go to the shelter, but he's not there, so we start calling around to the Humane Society, Peta, everywhere but nobody's seen him. Finally a couple days later we get a phone call from the shelter. One of their volunteers had taken him home on the sly because she was also afraid they would end up having to put him down, but she realistically couldn't handle a puppy with her living situation.
So we went over to her house, picked him up and that was that. Incidentally one of the cops that was on the job that night ended up with what we believe are two of his brothers. All three are white with brown foreheads and brown spots on their sides, and all 3 have stocky pit bodies and lab faces.
We picked up a 2nd yesterday from NY ACC. Found out when I got there that he developed kennel cough after only a week of being there and he was on today's "list'. Sucks trying to keep the 2 of them separate, would really like to have both of them in the same room with us right off the bat.
10 months and 48lbs, hopefully he doesn't get too much bigger.
His name is Utah.
