I like 'em best on the D!ck Magnet and the Tundra. I'll give Mark and Cramer Tree-Fiddy for each of the trucks and find more wheels so my entire stable matches.
Thanks to Sauce for always looking out for good deals.
Thanks to Dion for the hard logistical work in getting them on the car. I know it was a PITA. And sorry for being grumpy.
Thanks to Linds & Rob for the leg work last week.
Thanks to Achtuning for being an awesome resource for enthusiasts in the PNW so we can actually do this stuff.

Don't forget Jerry, he took one down to Auburn to get fixed.

I agree. Mostly these wheels are for trashy folk who live in Everett (or similar dives) but I made an exception for the price

Seeing the grin on Chris' face when pulling up his Audi S5 after he had left it with us was satisfying. But probably not as satisfying as the slight rumble Chris heard emit from the Stasis Cat-Back exhaust we had just installed.

It wasn't just the sound that brought a smile to Chris' face either, but also the fact that we rolled it out with a new stance ala H&R wheel spacers. 15mm front and 20mm rear spacers brought the factory S5 wheels closer to the fender's edge and gave the car that "bulldog" stance we like to see.

And while we couldn't see it, we imagine the grin on Chris' face was turned into a giddy laugh when he stepped on it getting out of here... The combination of the APR ECU software upgrade for the FSI V8 and the cat-back must have made a lasting impression! Now if we can just convince him to bring the car down to the ground a bit...

      Wide bulldog stance you say?

In 2008 we saw the launch of the Jetta TDI Cup Series in SCCA Racing, VW's way of introducing clean diesel technology to the US Market and it was a big success! A couple of years later, Volkswagen is offering their 2010 Jetta TDI Cup Edition to give VW owners an opportunity to have their own version of the SCCA Cup Car.... Almost.

Jonathan brought us his wife's TDI Cup Edition Jetta to help get their consumer-version closer to the performance levels of the actual Cup Series car. H&R's Sport Spring kit and wheel spacers addressed both performance and stance by giving the car a 20mm wider track via 10mm DR spacers in the back and about an inch-drop both front and back using H&R's sport springs. The end result is exactly what Jonathan had in mind for his wife's daily driver.

We are expected to see this car back as soon as APR releases some of their performance goodies they promise to roll out this year... Don't let us down, APR!

I would have bought the TDI Cup Edition if I didn't fall in love with the CC. Beautiful car and as a daily driver you can't ignore that glorious MPG (especially with my mileage).

If it's the warehouse I'm thinking of, you probably could have walked there...

They say imitation is the sincerest form of flattery. When Peter saw a certain local bagged Audi A6 he knew exactly what he wanted and what direction he was going to go to get there. But he didn't necessarily want to drop the coin on a button-pressing, height-adjustable air-ride kit, either. Instead, the call came to us which resulted in the purchase of H&R's Street Performance Coil-Over kit for the C6 A6.

      End result...

Hey Mike, time for new wheels.

      Really?
It's just sad how some people don't have any individual creativity to come up with their own style.

      Did I mention lower?
