I made my choice! The GTI was too awesome to settle for the Rabbit. I beleive I made the right choice.

    Pics for now:

    Details:
    -2009 UG GTI
    -6-speed manual
    -Power moonroof
    -18'' Huffs
    -2.0T TSI
    -fuggin sweet
    -Price: $24,314 - $500 above dealer invoice

Car was purchased at Bernardsville VW. It is by far the best dealer I've ever been to. They are mod friendly and I didn't ever feel pressured. Overall they are friendly and helpful. Plus, I get free tires for life... a pretty good deal for the 18'' Pirellis

Edit: I want to kill my friend. The first thing he did when he sat in the car was let one loose. It doesnt smell good combined with the "new car smell"

Im already enjoying the car immensely . I got pulled over already for accelerating heavily from a street light (not racing and not beating on the car). I have to get accustomed to driving without boost.

APR needs to finish developing stuff the the TSI!

boost should affect you when pulling away from a stoplight homie

I didn't mean a burn out or literally having difficulty driving in low RPMs. I mean the short time that it actually takes the turbo to spool up just leads straight into a fun pull.

By "accustomed" I meant behave myself.

And there's a typo in your post... its a good thing Im smart enough to tell the difference.

Is it illegal to heavily accelerate away from a light?

According to the wonderful officers in NJ its: "Exhibition of speed"

Nice car. Bernardsville is awesome to go to if your car is modded

Bernardsville , hands down the best dealership in the tri state area. I will be surprised if someone could come up with a better dealer.

    Good luck with the car.

Tires for life? Every 10,000 miles? Do you mean tire rotation? Excellent choice in color...same as me. I love how that color looks good dirty, I had a black car before this one and it always looked dirty. Congrats on the new purchase.

    Car looks great. I'm jealous.

Drop it and paint that rear bumper, and then call it a day.

I plan on color matching the rear apron.

Free tires for life is a deal they have when you buy a new car from them. The only catch is you have to bring it back to them for all service and they don't cover blowouts. 2009s have free service up to 36000 miles so bringing it back to them wont be a problem.

    Aaah.. your cars a bottom...

Did it smoke through its tailpipe after it was done?
